If you have already purchased a Service Plan from Ingram or another Volkswagen Retailer in the UK, you can book your service online with your Ingram Volkswagen. You may see pricing but don't worry, as a Service Plan customer you get your first two services free.1
Minor Service
Our minor service2 will help prevent any little problems turning into big ones. The recommended service interval is every 12 months or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first).
Prices from: £184 for models up to and including 2.0 litre engines, £204 for Touareg and £209 for Performance models3.

2. Minor service includes: Oil & filter change. Replace pollen filter (where required). Vehicle inspection and report to include all lights, instruments, bodywork, glass, locks,battery, coolant levels, drive belts, braking system, steering, hoses, drive shafts and exhaust system. Full vehicle road test. Diagnostic check including report. Re-set service interval display.
3. Performance models incude GTI, GTX and R models
Major Service
Our major service4 will help your car run smoothly. The recommended service interval is every 24 months or 20,000 miles (whichever comes first).
Prices from: £364 for models up to and including 2.0 litre engines, £384 for Touareg and £389 for Performance models.

4. Major Service includes: Oil & filter change. Replace pollen filter. Replace air filter. Spark plugs (petrol engine) or fuel filter (diesel engine) if required. Remove wheels and check brakes. Check/adjust tension of all drive belts. Check gearbox oil level. Check final drive oil level. Vehicle inspection and report to include all lights, instruments, bodywork, glass, locks, battery, coolant levels, drive belts, braking system, steering, hoses, drive shafts, suspension and exhaust system. Full vehicle road test. Diagnostic check including report. Re-set service interval display. Volkswagen stamp in servicebook.
