The new Modern Solid face delivers a minimalist look presenting the perfect combination of elegance and practical functionality. In fact, the redesigned Tech-Deck Face is not only clear and robust, but also contributes to improving the aerodynamic properties of the new models. The drag coefficient of the Enyaq has dropped from 0.264 to 0.245 compared to the previous version, and from 0.234 to 0.225 for the Enyaq Coupé. This is one of the best values in the segment ever.

Improvements in aerodynamics have helped to extend the driving range of the new electric cars. While the Enyaq 85 version with a usable battery capacity of 77 kWh has so far offered a driving range of up to 562 kilometres (according to the WLTP cycle), the new version with the same technology will now offer a driving range of up to 588 kilometres on a single charge. In the Enyaq Coupé, this variant has increased from a maximum of 570 kilometres to 597 kilometres. Models with a smaller battery with a usable capacity of 59 kWh will offer a range of 431 and 439 (Coupé) kilometres.

Elegance and sustainability

The improvement of the range through aerodynamics was also possible thanks to details such as minimizing joints on the nose of the car. The individual parts of the nose of the new Enyaq are thus more closely connected than ever before. In addition, this allowed the designers to better connect the individual elements of the nose, so for example, the new four-eyed LED headlight graphics, which now has a horizontal form, closely follows the Tech-Deck Face. In the version with high-end LED Matrix headlights, the illuminated Light Band further enhances the overall connection

Škoda Auto designers have also been playful with other details in the new version of the Enyaq family. For example, the bonnet with the Škoda inscription instead of the original logo is new. In addition, the inscription is in Unique Dark Chrome. This surface treatment is also used in some parts of the car´s bumpers. Also new is the metallic colour Olibo Green, in total those interested have two standard colours and seven metallic shades to choose from.

The interior has also been given a new look, with Škoda placing even more emphasis on sustainability than before. In total, the Enyaq and Enyaq Coupé models are available with six different Design Selection interior versions. The Lodge version has been given a fresh combination of materials and colours with contrasting stitching and, above all, seatbelts in a striking orange. The seat upholstery in this version is made of TechnoFil, a material containing 75% ECONYL® fibres made from recycled fabrics (fishing nets, fabric scraps and old carpets).

Practical and well-equipped

The new Enyaq family cars have also been upgraded with improved basic equipment, including heated front seats and a heated steering wheel in a new design with Škoda inscription. A five-inch instrument cluster and a 13-inch infotainment screen are standard. Of course, there is also keyless access to the car, including the function of automatic unlocking and locking of the car when entering and after leaving it

There is also three-zone climate control, predictive adaptive cruise control and traffic jam assist. The technical highlights include Remote Park Assist and Remote Trained Parking, which make parking easier. The former allows the car to be parked using a mobile phone, while the latter allows the car to be taught to park automatically in up to five selected spaces.

Of course, there is a number of Simply Clever features so typical of the Škoda brand. Among them, a new QR code located in the luggage compartment of the car, which advises users on how to use it smartly. The Enyaq can still hold 585 litres of cargo and 1,710 litres with the seats folded down, while the Enyaq Coupé can carry 570 litres and up to 1,610 litres of luggage when the seats are folded down.
