VW Sales Executive

Salary: Basic + uncapped commission earning potential

OTE: £45,000+ per annum

Benefits: Company car and fuel

Hours: 5 ½ days per week (Monday–Friday/Saturday), with 1 full weekend off per month. No Sunday working. No late nights.

We have an exciting opportunity to expand our team of dedicated Sales Experts at our Volkswagen branch, to guide customers through every step of the car buying journey.

About the Role

Are you experienced in vehicle sales?

Do you have a passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating long-lasting relationships with customers?

As an Ingram Volkswagen Sales Executive you will create moments that matter for our customers from first contact, helping them find their perfect car, providing a range of finance options to suit their requirements, through to when they drive away in their new vehicle.

This is a sales focused role, but we also require the kind of energy and drive it takes to deliver results, and a people-first approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide a knowledgeable and courteous service to build natural rapport and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and fully managed throughout the sales process.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits in a professional and compelling manner.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of brand products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive sales growth and meet monthly objectives.

About You

  • Proven experience in automotive sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills, product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Self-aware, a great team player, and committed to working with customers and colleagues to help meet monthly sales expectations.
  • A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
