With the upcoming addition of the Cupra franchise at our Skoda/SEAT dealership in Ayr, we have an exciting opportunity to expand our team of dedicated Sales Experts to guide customers through every step of the car buying journey.

About the Role:
Do you have a passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating long-lasting relationships with customers? As a Sales Executive with Ingram Motoring Group, you will create moments that matter for our customers from first contact, to helping them find their perfect car, providing a range of finance options to suit their requirements, through to when they drive away in their new vehicle. This is a sales focused role, but we also require the kind of energy and drive it takes to deliver results, and a people-first approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide a knowledgeable and courteous service to build natural rapport and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers

Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and fully managed throughout the sales process.

Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits in a professional and compelling manner.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of brand products and services.

Collaborate with team members to drive sales growth and meet monthly objectives.

About You:

You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, product knowledge and sales skills.

You should be a clear and professional communicator.

You will be self-aware, a great team player and always looking to work with your customers and colleagues to help meet monthly sales expectations.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Previous experience in a vehicle sales background is preferred, but not essential as training will be given.
