Last updated: 23 June 2026

At Ingram Motoring Group, we are committed to providing a high standard of service to all customers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your vehicle, the service you have received, or the way your enquiry has been handled, we want to know so that we can review the matter and respond appropriately.

How to Make a Complaint

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us by email:

Email: complaints@driveingram.com

To help us investigate your complaint as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your contact details
  • Your vehicle registration number, where applicable
  • The dealership, department or member of staff involved, where known
  • A clear explanation of your complaint
  • Any relevant dates, documents, photographs or supporting information

Once your complaint has been received, we will review the details and aim to respond as quickly and fairly as possible.

What Happens Next

We will investigate your complaint and may contact you for further information if required.

Where possible, we will try to resolve your complaint promptly. If we are unable to resolve the matter straight away, we will keep you updated while we continue to investigate.

For complaints relating to regulated finance or general insurance products, specific regulatory timescales may apply.

If You Remain Dissatisfied

If your complaint relates to a regulated finance or general insurance product and we are unable to resolve it within 8 weeks, or if you are unhappy with our final response, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

The Financial Ombudsman Service is free to use and helps settle complaints between consumers and businesses that provide financial services.

Non-Regulated Complaints

Examples may include complaints relating to vehicle sales, aftersales service, repairs, customer service or general dealership experience.

Our Commitment

We will aim to:

  • Treat your complaint seriously and fairly.
  • Investigate the matter properly.
  • Keep you updated where appropriate.
  • Provide a clear response once our review is complete.
