What’s covered?

Fixed price servicing is available for Skodas from 3 to 10 years old, and up to and including 2.0 litre engines. All the prices include parts, oil, labour and VAT. Ingram servicing has reached the high standard required to use the authorised Skoda stamp. Our Skoda Master Technicians have received over 250 hours specialist training and are re-accredited every 3 years to keep them up to date.

Minor service
£119 (every 12 months / 10,000 miles)

This includes: Oil & filter change - Vehicle inspection and report to include: all lights, instruments, bodywork, glass, locks, battery, coolant level, drive belt, braking system, steering, hoses, drive shafts and exhaust system - Wash and vac - Full vehicle road test - Diagnostic check including report - Re-set service interval display and dealership authorised stamp in service book. Price includes parts, oil, labour and VAT. This offer applies to vehicles following a time and distance servicing regime only.

Major service
£229 (every 24 months / 20,000 miles)

This includes: Oil & filter change - Replace pollen filter - Vehicle inspection and report to include: all lights, instruments, bodywork, glass, locks, battery, coolant level, drive belts, braking system, steering, hoses, drive shafts, suspension and exhaust system - Wash and vac - Replace air filter - Spark plugs (petrol engine) or fuel filter (diesel engine) - Remove wheels and check brakes - Check / adjust tension of all drive belts - Check gearbox oil level - Check final drive oil level - Full vehicle road test - Diagnostic check including report - Re-set service interval display – dealership authorised stamp in service book. Price includes parts, oil, labour and VAT. This offer applies to vehicles following a time and distance servicing regime only.

MOT test for £30
£299 for a Service plan (every 24 months / 20,000 miles)

We’re sure you know that we can offer Skoda vehicles the very best care they can get, but what you may not know is that keeping your car’s servicing with us is remarkably affordable. We’ve designed a special fixed price service plan just for Skoda owners which includes 2 services, as per the manufacturer recommended time and distance service regimes. The other good news is that this service plan is available to cars over 90 days old, which means that even if your car isn’t yet 3 days old, you can still benefit from this great offer!

Convenience options

While your car is at Ingrams for a service we offer the following convenience options free of charge;

Loan car

Including insurance with an excess of £250; excluding fuel Don’t forget: Bring both parts of your driving licence on the day.

Collect and deliver

Depending on where you live, we’ll pick your car up and drop it back when the service is over, saving you the trouble of arranging alternative transport. Simply let us know before your appointment.

Courtesy lift

Lift to and from destination. If your next stop is less than 20 minutes away, we’ll drop you off and pick you up, free of charge.

Please be aware that your loan car, collect and deliver or courtesy lift will need to be booked in advance of your visit.

Ingram’s Service Promise

We offer free visual health checks

We promise to give your vehicle a 34-point check of all the basics, which includes: all lights, instruments, bodywork, glass, locks, battery, coolant level, drive belts, braking system, steering, hoses, drive shafts and exhaust system - these are absolutely free and with no obligation. Call and ask us to book you in for an Express Visual Check (EVC) and we’ll arrange it all for you.

Free road test with a technician if required

We promise that if you want to demonstrate your concern face-to-face with one of our technicians, you can. Just ask and we’ll arrange for one to be available for you: because sometimes it’s easier to show than tell.

We only fit Skoda Genuine Parts, covered by a 2 year parts and labour warranty

We promise to offer you the right service at the right time; charging Skoda set times for all work and offering a 2-year parts and labour warranty on parts fitted after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. (excludes wear and tear items such as brake pads, wiper blades and tyres.

We’ll match any like-for-like quote within 5 miles

We promise to match any like-for-like written quote for service, maintenance and repair using Skoda Genuine Parts from any garage within 5 miles. It’s that simple.
