Our two modern service workshops kitted out with the very latest in service and maintenance technology are staffed by a professional and experienced team. Ingram is authorised to repair, service and carry out warranty work on all VOLKSWAGEN, AUDI and SKODA models of cars.
Additionally, we are happy to service or provide MOT testing for all other makes of cars. With seventeen fully trained technicians operating in two locations and our real time, computerised booking system we can take bookings and carry out work at 24 hours notice.
We understand the inconvenience of being without your vehicle for even a short period of time, and to minimise this we are delighted to be able to offer our clients a collection and delivery service from your home. We also have an extensive fleet of courtesy vehicles which can be booked in advance, subject to availability. In addition, a free courtesy coach operates each day to Ayr town centre which further demonstrates our drive and commitment to offering the best customer care experience in the motor industry.

In 1987 we opened our Accident repair centre situated on McCalls avenue in Ayr,we later added another unit to accommodate the high volume of work that we were attracting.
We have the approval to carry out authorised paint and body repairs for
VOLKSWAGEN AUDI and SKODA vehicles.

We have a team of fully trained specialists who operate the latest computer
based imaging and estimating system.
Our workshop team are fully brand trained and operate the latest repair equipment
while our painters work between two ovens.
We currently operate a fleet of 15 courtesy cars for your convenience and we also work in partnership with and accident management company for any non fault claims that you may have.
