Service Advisor

Key responsibilities:
To work as part of a team ensuring total customer satisfaction within a challenging, but rewarding, environment. To ensure customers’ cars are serviced and repaired correctly first time, every time. To prioritise and manage customers’ expectations. To effectively communicate to customers any additional work required.
Requirements:
A proven track record of customer service gained in a highly focussed, customer-facing role. GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English. A team player used to building effective working relationships.

Vehicle Technician

Key responsibilities:
To be part of a team achieving total customer satisfaction. To accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and service of motor vehicles. To be able to detect and diagnose any additional work required. To carry out work in a safe manner, complying with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role essential. Full brand training for the successful candidate will be part of this job role.
